Momo - the great little Baby sleep trainer

Momo is my hero! He helps my 2 year old sleep that extra little bit in the morning.
Momo is the name of the monkey shaped BabyZoo sleep trainer clock . It's kind of like a reverse alarm clock, that instead of waking Baby up it tells Baby that it is not time to wake up yet.
We have had one for about a year now. Baby dropped and broke one at one stage and it was a disaster. Without it she started waking up earlier and earlier again, which confirmed to me what a useful Baby sleep training tool it is.

So basically "Eyes closed I should be sleeping"..."Eyes open, it's time to get up". Momos eyes close when you turn him on at night, and then at the set time they open and he plays a cool jungle song. It take a little practice, but if your Baby is calling out to You or toddler comes to your door in the middle of the night or too early in the morning, accompany your toddler back to their bedroom and show that MoMo is still sleeping. "Look, MoMo is still sleeping. Shhh, let's be quiet…mummy, daddy and You still have to sleep some more. Good night".

It took us a couple of weeks to "train" our Baby, but once she got used to it she started sleeping longer. Sometimes I hear her awake before she is supposed to be up, but the longer and more consistently I use Momo I actually find her body seems to just get programmed not to wake up until the set "wake up time". AWESOME!

Her sleeping that little bit more in the mornings, and until a predictable time, means I get more sleep, I am more patient across the day (because I'm better rested) and I can plan around those times. I LOVE MOMO!

Anyway, for more info or to buy your very own sleep saving BabyZoo sleep trainer clock You can head over to our website - You and Baby - Momo is in the "Sleep time" category.
